Animation Brainstorm

I had a little trouble coming up with an idea for this project. I knew I wanted to do a daydream or nightmare for the project but did not know how I was going to incorporate the before and after into this or what my main theme would be. My initial idea ended up getting scrapped and I decided to use a friend as my character who falls into a food coma and ends up in a weird distorted dream about him entering the movie Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs. I had a lot of technology issues with Photoshop and After Effects due to my computer and iCloud. I also ran into issues where I could picture what I wanted to do in my head but was not able to put it into animation. I definitely am learning and trying, but wish it could be going more "my way" especially with the technology issues. I hope it comes together in the end and will definitely appreciate the skills I learned no matter what.
